Day 1

My first official day of juice cleansing has been a success. I’m hoping that I can stick to this with work and everything. Being around pastries and shit all day will certainly prove to make things challenging, but we’ll see. I’m also nervous as I was just invited to a friend’s house for a little “get together” Fingers crossed. I should also not that THIS IS NOT A FITNESS BLOG, don’t expect any consistency…
